Welcome to our Chakra Healing Team!

What are chakras and why do I need to heal them?

Here are the seven chakras and where they are located

  • First chakra – Root (base of spine)

  • Second chakra – Belly (2 inches below navel)

  • Third chakra – Solar Plexus (navel)

  • Fourth chakra – Heart (center of chest)

  • Fifth chakra – Throat (base of throat)

  • Sixth – Third Eye (middle of forehead)

  • Seventh – Crown (top of head)Chakra Healing Team

Your chakras, which begin at the base of your spine, end at the top of your head.

What is healing your chakras?

Healing your chakras essentially means balancing your chakras.

What are the signs of  unbalanced chakras?

Signs of having unbalanced chakras can include maladies of the spirit. Things like listlessness, depression, irritability, physical pain, and an overall feeling of being out of sorts are just a few of these. Leaving chakras unbalanced has even been known to lead to disease.

Most chakras that are unbalanced, can be balanced with healing crystals and meditation. When your chakras are healed you will feel healthier and have a greater sense of well-being. Click here for our chakra healing team’s choices for the healing crystals you should use for each chakra.

  1. After a pretty troubling period last year I turned to meditation to try and make sense of all that has happened and to try and re heal myself – I have to say meditation worked wonders in giving me a clear head and more focus, happy approach to life.

    All the best to you.

    • Thank you for visiting! You are right. Maybe we can shed a little light on the subject so more people will know the value they hold.

  2. Oh how I wish I could meditate! I even went on a course to try to do it but I can’t. Maybe one day… I really so believe in the power of meditation and the health benefits.
    Great info here. Many thanks.

    • I think that one day you will get there 🙂 You may have already tried these methods, but of course choose a peaceful environment and wear comfortable clothes. Try to meditate for 5 minutes twice a day at the same times each day. It helps to be consistent. Then you can increase the amount of time you attempt to meditate each day. It also helps to stretch before meditating, and make sure to sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

While attempting to meditate, focusing on your breathing and only your breathing, and breathe normally. Another method is repeating a mantra over and over again, which can be done out loud or in your head. Some people find it helpful to do an open-eye mediation, where you pick an object, like a candle or crystal, and focus entirely on the object, while blocking everything else out. Your peripheral vision will start to dim and the object will consume your vision.

Also, some like to use the visualization technique, which is essentially choosing a peaceful place, which can be anywhere, and visualizing being there, taking in the sights, sounds, smells, and feelings. Another mediation technique I like is one my dad taught me when I was a little girl. It’s called doing a body scan. It involves focusing on each individual body part in turn and consciously relaxing it. Pick a starting point on your body, like your toes, and consciously relax the muscles. Slowly move your way up your body, relaxing each part of the body, until your entire body feels completely relaxed. Then focus on your breathing.

When meditating with crystals, it can be very effective to start with placing a stone on your heart chakra while focusing on your breathing, or using any of the methods I spoke of. Remember to try these techniques at the same time each day and you will eventually get there. Most people are not able to meditate immediately, it is a technique that takes some time to learn. As long as you feel calmer, happier or more at peace after meditating, you know it has worked and will only get better from there 🙂

  3. I really like the help you provide on your channel. I am like the lady I have being trying meditation for some time now, but it seems as if my mind is working against me, it will not stay and focus, lately I have being using bead to chant mantra, with your teaching I think is going to help me more, just following your advice of starting from 5 minutes 2x a day. Thanks so much.
